HRNX from HR Integrations | Feature Review
New software, systems and the internet have done much to unlock isolated data islands in HR departments. While disparate HR information is scattered across corporate and HR databases, outsourced tools and web based information resources, the systems still don’t talk to each other.
In the past this led to massive data integration efforts in order to enable meaningful information analysis.
A few years ago a second generation of web 2.0 data ‘mashup’ tools ushered in quick development times and lower costs and today those tools and thinking have evolved into specialty mashup tools like HRNX, the feature of this week’s HRExaminer. It’s good stuff.
